Upstairs, a cosy bright living room opening onto the south-west facing balcony, a wood stove, an equipped open kitchen:
induction hob 3 burners, extractor hood, dishwasher microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules.
A master suite with a double bed of 160cm and a shower room with shower and toilet.

On the 2nd and top floor there is a shower room with shower and toilet, as well as the "dormitory" room very well equipped with 4 single beds on the floor.

The bus stop is about 300m away
