With a floor area of approx. 190m² on two levels, opening onto a large, pleasant garden, it's ideal for vacations with family or friends.

Entrance hall with storage space, leading to the various rooms, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, 4-burner induction hob, hood, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue appliances, etc.) communicating with the dining area, opening onto a balcony and south-facing terrace offering a lovely, unobstructed view. An entresol separates the living area, with its cathedral ceiling, fireplace, television and table soccer.
From the entrance hall, a corridor leads to a first double bedroom (140cm bed), a shower room with toilet, a bathroom, and a second bedroom with 160cm double bed opening onto a south-west balcony.
Upstairs, a spacious first bedroom with 160cm double bed, shower room and separate toilet, a second bedroom with south-facing balcony and 160cm bed, and a third attic bedroom with 160cm bed.

On the first floor, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and outside, a charcoal barbecue and lovely private garden.

Private parking at the foot of the house for 3-4 vehicles.
